Each truffle is rolled by hand and finished in a coating of crushed caramelized pecans for added texture and depth.

Hodl Gianduia Rounds
Gianduia (jahn-DOO-yah) is a traditional Italian chocolate from Turin, originally made by blending chocolate with nuts during a cocoa shortage. Think of it as the original inspiration behind spreads like Nutella - just done the right way. These are our take on it. Each round is handcrafted using roasted and caramelized pecans, sweetened with maple sugar and panela from Colombia, then folded into tempered 70% Mexican stone-ground dark chocolate. The pecans are processed into a mix of coarse and fine pieces, giving each bite a balance of crunch and melt. The result is rich, nutty, and deeply chocolate-forward, with a subtle caramel sweetness and a touch of sea salt to round it all out. Hand-tempered, poured, and finished individually - no two rounds are exactly alike.
