Morning Cacao Coffee Blend

5 min6 ingredients

A simple morning drink with a small trick that makes all the difference. Hot coffee melts the cacao and honey before blending — skip that step and it won't come together the same way.

Equipment

  • Blender (NutraBullet or similar)
  • Coffee brewing setup of your choice

Ingredients

  • Bitcoin Beans 100% cacao (to taste)
  • Coffee grounds (freshly brewed)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Raw milk (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt flakes
  • Hot water

Method

  1. 01

Brew your coffee with hot water as you normally would — fresh and hot.

  2. 02

Add cacao and honey (or maple syrup) to your blender first.

  3. 03

Pour the hot coffee directly over the cacao and honey. This melts both before blending — don't skip this step.

  4. 04

Pour in your raw milk and add a small pinch of salt flakes.

  5. 05

    Blend until smooth.

Tips

  • Pouring hot coffee over the cacao first is the key — it breaks the cacao down properly before blending.

  • If you add cacao straight to cold milk, it won't dissolve as well and the texture suffers.

  • Adjust cacao and sweetener ratios to your taste — start small and build up.
